1. No Return Policy
Rossado does not offer returns once an order has been delivered.
All products are carefully inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns for:

2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted in the following rare cases:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proof (pictures or videos).
If approved, we’ll replace the product with the correct one or provide a store credit for your next purchase.

3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
4. Sale & Discounted Items
All items bought during sales or promotions are final and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
5. Delivery Damage
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at rossadocare@gmail.com with your order details.
