1. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days within Pakistan.
For orders to the United States, delivery time may vary depending on the courier and location (usually 10–14 working days).
During sales, Eid, or special events, delivery timelines may extend slightly due to high order volumes.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may apply on selected orders or during promotions.
Standard shipping rates (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can easily check your parcel status online.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all across Pakistan and to the United States (US).
International delivery to other countries will be available soon! 🌍
5. Missed Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make another attempt or contact you to reschedule.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at rossadocare@gmail.com with pictures or videos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review the case and arrange an exchange or store credit if applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
